三菱重工、三菱航空機株式会社の資本政策完了に関するお知らせ

東京, 2018年12月07日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱重工業株式会社（以下、「三菱重工業」といいます）は、2018年10月31日付プレスリリース「当社連結子会社の資本政策に関するお知らせ」にてお知らせしました三菱航空機株式会社（以下、「三菱航空機」といいます）の資本政策に関して、今般、三菱重工業が三菱航空機に対して有する債権500億円を放棄するとともに、三菱航空機の募集株式の全てを引き受けた結果、三菱航空機は本日1,700億円の増資を完了しましたので、お知らせいたします。

なお、本増資後の三菱航空機の資本金及び資本準備金はそれぞれ1,350億円となります。両社は本資本政策により、三菱航空機の事業基盤を強化し、MRJの開発に一層努めてまいります。
