スタイルを一新するとともに、コネクティッドカーへと進化

豊田, 2018年12月17日 - (JCN Newswire) - TOYOTAは、プリウスをマイナーチェンジし、全国のトヨタ店、トヨペット店、トヨタカローラ店、ネッツ店を通じて12月17日に発売しました。

今回のマイナーチェンジでは、プリウスの特徴である先進的なイメージを継承しつつ、親しみやすく、より知的で洗練された内外装デザインに変更しました。“ツーリングセレクション”にはブラックの幾何学調ルーフフィルムをオプション設定し、外板色との組み合わせをお楽しみいただけます。また、専用通信機DCM＊1を全車に標準搭載し、コネクティッドカーへと進化を遂げました。クルマが人や社会と通信でつながることで、24時間365日、カーライフを充実させる様々なサービスをご利用いただくことができます。そして、安全面では、衝突回避支援パッケージ「Toyota Safety Sense」を全車に標準装備したほか、駐車場から後退する際に、左右後方から接近してくる車両を検知し、注意を促すリヤクロストラフィックアラート＊2を新たに設定するなど、安全・安心装備の拡充を図っています。

あわせて、ウェルキャブ（メーカー完成特装車）においても、ベース車と同様の改良を施しています。
