アイシンとデンソー、電動化の普及に向けた駆動モジュール開発・販売の合弁会社を設立

愛知, 2018年12月26日 - (JCN Newswire) - アイシン精機株式会社(以下、アイシン、本社:愛知県刈谷市、社長:伊勢清貴)と、株式会社デンソー(以下、デンソー、本社:愛知県刈谷市、社長:有馬浩二)は、2018年8月27日に発表いたしました通り、電動化のための駆動モジュールの開発および販売を行う合弁会社設立に向け検討を進めてまいりました。その結果、合弁会社を設立することに両社で正式合意しました。新会社の社名は「BluE Nexus (ブルーイーネクサス)」で、2019年4月*に設立する予定です。

自動車の電動化の実現には、電動車両の駆動に不可欠な、トランスアクスル、モータージェネレーター、インバーターというキーコンポーネントが一つのパッケージになった、駆動モジュールが必要になります。今回の合弁会社では、電動化におけるアイシンとデンソーの強みを結集し、国内外の自動車メーカー向けに駆動モジュールを開発、ラインナップします。

さらに、ハイブリッド(HV)、プラグインハイブリッド(PHV)、電気自動車(EV)など、求められる性能、地域事情等に合わせた適合までを含めて対応できる体制を構築することで、世界各地域への幅広い普及を目指し、持続可能な社会の実現に貢献します。
