新社名は「デンソーソリューション」

愛知, 2019年01月07日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社デンソー（本社：愛知県刈谷市、社長：有馬浩二）の子会社である株式会社デンソーセールス（本社：東京都渋谷区、社長：村上幸彦）、株式会社デンソーテン（本社：兵庫県神戸市、社長：岩田悟志）の子会社である株式会社デンソーテン販売（本社：兵庫県神戸市、社長：佐藤裕彦）および株式会社デンソーテンサービス（本社：兵庫県神戸市、社長：森下拓）の3社は、4月1日に統合（合併）します。統合会社の新社名は株式会社デンソーソリューションです。

車の電動化や自動運転の進展により事業環境が大きく変化する中、国内アフターマーケット市場においても、今後新しい製品やサービスによる高付加価値事業の創出がますます重要になります。

これらを競争力ある形で実現するためには、デンソーセールスとデンソーテン販売、デンソーテンサービスが長年培ってきた乗用車・フリート（商用車）向けの市販用品・補修品分野における全国の販売・サービスネットワークと商品企画機能のグループシナジーが発揮できるように3社を統合し、事業拡大の核となる会社が必要との判断に至りました。
