エーザイ、米国臨床腫瘍学会 2019年消化器がんシンポジウムにおいて「レンビマ(R)」（レンバチニブ）の肝細胞がんを対象とした臨床第III相試験（REFLECT試験）の最新解析結果を発表
東京, 2019年01月15日 - (JCN Newswire) - エーザイ株式会社（本社：東京都、代表執行役CEO：内藤晴夫）は、2019年1月17日～19日に米国サンフランシスコで開催される「米国臨床腫瘍学会 2019年消化器がんシンポジウム（American Society of Clinical Oncology Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium 2019）」において、当社が創製したマルチキナーゼ阻害剤 レンバチニブメシル酸塩（製品名：「レンビマ(R)」、以下 レンバチニブ）に関する全身化学療法歴のない切除不能な肝細胞がんにおける臨床第III相試験（REFLECT試験/304試験）について1、最新の解析結果を発表することをお知らせします。
本学会では、REFLECT試験における腫瘍縮小効果と全生存期間の関連性についての口頭発表のほか、一次治療としてレンバチニブを投与した後の抗がん剤治療に関する解析についてのポスター発表などが予定されています。
