エーザイ、希望退職者の募集の結果に関するお知らせ

東京, 2019年01月18日 - (JCN Newswire) - エーザイ株式会社（本社：東京都、代表執行役CEO：内藤晴夫）は、平成30年10月25日に発表した希望退職者(第1回)の募集が終了し、その結果が確定しましたので、下記の通り、お知らせします。

1. 希望退職者の募集の概要

1) 対象者：平成30年4月1日現在、当社に在籍する45歳以上かつ勤続5年以上の社員
2) 退職日：第1回：平成31年3月31日、第2回：平成32年3月31日、第3回：平成33年3月31日
3) 募集人数：第1回：100名程度※
4) 募集期間：第1回：平成30年12月11日から平成30年12月21日まで（但し、応募の状況によって変更する場合があります）、第2回・第3回も各年度同時期の募集期間を予定しております。
5) 優遇措置：通常の退職金に割増退職金の加算を行います。さらに、本制度を利用して退職する社員に対して、本人の要望に応じて再就職のための支援を行います。※第2回、第3回の募集人数については、第1回の応募状況等を勘案し決定する予定です。

2. 希望退職者の応募人数および割増退職金総額（第1回）

1) 応募人数：300名
2) 割増退職金総額：約66億円
※応募状況から判断し、募集締切を平成30年12月21日から平成30年12月19日までに短縮しております。

3. 業績への影響

今回の第1回募集に伴って発生する割増退職金総額は、平成31年3月期（第3四半期）の連結決算において、その全額を費用計上する予定です。なお、平成30年11月1日公表の平成31年3月期の通期連結業績予想には本費用の一定程度を織り込んでおり、直近の業績の動向等も踏まえ、通期連結業績予想に変更はありません。
