三菱電機、「インド・コインバトールFAセンター」開設のお知らせ

インドにおけるFA製品のサービス体制を強化

東京, 2019年01月23日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、インドのタミル・ナードゥ州コインバトールに「インド・コインバトールFAセンター」を設立し、FA製品のサービス業務を2月1日に開始します。これにより、インドにおけるFA製品のサービス体制をさらに強化し、FAシステム事業の拡大を図ります。

設立の狙い
インド南部に位置するタミル・ナードゥ州コインバトールは、紡績、自動車部品やIT系企業が集積するインドの主要産業都市の一つで、FA製品とそれに関連する幅広いサービスに対する需要拡大が見込まれます。

これまで、同地域の当社FA製品のサービスは、インド・プネFAセンター（2012年1月設立）やその他インド拠点が実施してきましたが、今回、より迅速なサービスに加え、インド南部でのFA製品に関するトレーニング・技術相談・システム提案をタイムリーに提供するため、「インド・コインバトールFAセンター」を設立し、顧客満足度の向上を図ります。
