高性能なアンテナを軽量かつ低コストで実現

東京, 2019年01月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、業界トップクラス※1のサイドローブ特性※2・交差偏波特性※3・電力効率※4を有し、樹脂成形でアンテナを構成することにより軽量化・低コスト化も実現した「樹脂成形導波管スロットアレーアンテナ」を開発しました※5。これにより、レーダー分野における観測範囲拡大・高精度化、通信分野における大容量化・高速化に貢献します。

開発の特長

1. 樹脂成形による「導波管スロットアレーアンテナ」を開発し、軽量化・低コスト化を実現
- 独自のボス・アイリス構造※6を採用し、樹脂成形品固定と電気特性補償を両立した「樹脂成形導波管スロットアレーアンテナ」を実現
- 当社製の金属スロットアレーアンテナと比べ、40%の重量削減、90％のコスト低減を実現

2. 独自の構造により業界トップクラスの高性能を実現
- 広島工業大学と共同で、最適なビーム成形を可能とする新リッジ構造※7を開発
- 業界トップクラスとなる、従来比※1で60％のサイドローブ低減、90％の交差偏波低減、10%の電力効率の向上を実現

今後の展開

今後、気象レーダー分野への適用を視野に、実用化に向けて開発を進めます。
