マツダ、中国におけるエンジン生産合弁会社の社名を「長安マツダエンジン有限公司」に変更

「長安フォードマツダエンジン有限公司」のフォード保有株式をマツダが取得

広島, 2019年01月30日 - (JCN Newswire) - マツダ株式会社（以下、マツダ）は、重慶長安汽車股份有限公司（以下、長安汽車）とフォードモーターカンパニー（以下、フォード）とマツダが出資する中国の合弁会社「長安フォードマツダエンジン有限公司」（江蘇省南京市）について、フォードが保有する同社の全株式を取得しました。これに伴い、長安汽車とマツダが50％ずつ出資する合弁会社になり、社名を「長安マツダエンジン有限公司」に変更しました。

「長安フォードマツダエンジン有限公司」は、長安汽車が50％、フォードとマツダがそれぞれ25％ずつを出資して2005年9月に設立され、マツダ車搭載のエンジンの量産を2007年4月に開始しました。このたびの社名変更後も、ガソリンエンジン「SKYACTIV-G 1.5」「SKYACTIV-G 2.0」「SKYACTIV-G 2.5」を生産し、中国市場向けの「マツダ CX-8」「マツダ CX-5」「Mazda3（日本名：マツダアクセラ）」を生産している「長安マツダ汽車有限公司」（江蘇省南京市）に出荷します。

今後もマツダは、ビジネスパートナーである長安汽車との合弁事業を通じて、中国のビジネスを強化し自動車産業のさらなる発展に貢献するとともに、中国のお客さまにクルマを保有する価値を感じていただける高品質で魅力のある商品をお届けし続けお客さまと特別な絆を持ったブランドになることを目指してまいります。
