富士通、公文書管理の電子化と100%電子決裁を強力に推進

渋谷区「電子決裁・文書管理システム」を「IPKNOWLEDGE」をベースに構築

東京, 2019年02月04日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、渋谷区（注1）の公文書の電子化による管理プロセス最適化および職員の業務効率化の推進と電子決裁による迅速な意思決定を実現する「電子決裁・文書管理システム」を構築し、渋谷区は、本システムの4月からの本格運用開始に向けて、2月1日より順次稼働を開始しました。

本システムは、自治体における公文書の収受（注2）から起案、決裁、保管、廃棄までの公文書プロセスを網羅し、決裁履歴管理機能や、電子付箋、効果・分析機能などを標準装備した当社パッケージソリューション「FUJITSU 公共ソリューション IPKNOWLEDGE V3（アイピーナレッジ V3、以下「IPK」）」を採用することで、カスタマイズすることなく短期間で、渋谷区のほぼ全ての公文書管理プロセスの電子化を実現しました。渋谷区では100%電子決裁化に向け、組織横断での業務プロセス改革を実施し、当社は運用ルールの整備に係る支援も行いました。

本取り組みは、政府のデジタル・ガバメント実行計画の一つである総務省の「電子決裁移行加速化方針」に準じており、今後も当社は、渋谷区における電子化の推進やワークスタイル改革を支援していきます。
