富士通研究所、コンタクトセンターに接続するまでの待ち時間を短縮できる技術を開発

自然な会話をAIで分析し、応対トラブル発生を高精度に検知

東京, 2019年03月20日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社富士通研究所（注1）は、コンタクトセンターにおけるお客様とオペレーターの会話をAIにより分析することで、通話中の応対トラブルの発生を9割以上の精度で検知する技術を開発しました。

コンタクトセンターでは、応対トラブルが発生した場合、その通話時間が通常より長くなるため、他のお客様のオペレーター接続待ち時間が長くなる問題が生じています。今回、これまで分析が困難だったお客様とオペレーターとの同時発声、言い澱み、文法から外れた発声などが含まれる自然な会話も分析できるようになり、応対トラブル発生を早期かつ高精度に検知することを可能にしました。

本技術を活用することで、コンタクトセンターの管理者は、応対トラブルが発生した通話を途中でオペレーターから引き継ぐなどの支援を早期に行うことができます。これにより、コンタクトセンター全体のオペレーター接続待ち時間を短縮し、顧客満足度向上に貢献することが期待されます。

本技術の概要は、早稲田大学で開催予定の「2019年電子情報通信学会総合大会」にて、3月21日（木曜日）に発表します。
