松山市と富士通、RPA・AI活用などによる業務効率化に向けた連携協力協定を締結
自治体業務における効果検証および現場課題可視化による業務改善に向けての検討
東京, 2019年03月29日 - (JCN Newswire) - 愛媛県松山市(市長:野志克仁、以下 松山市)と富士通株式会社(本社:東京都港区、代表取締役社長:田中達也、以下 富士通)はこのほど、職員の働き方改革の推進と市民サービスの向上を目的に、最新ICTの利活用による業務効率化に向けた連携協力協定を締結しました。
本協定に基づき両者は、2019年4月から7ヵ月、市役所業務を対象に、RPA(Robotic Process Automation)を適用し有効性を検証する実証実験やAI(人工知能)の導入可否検討、現場課題の可視化による業務改善に向けた検討の3分野に共同で取り組みます。
松山市は、業務効率化を目指し、ICTの利活用を推進していきます。
最新ICTの利活用による業務効率化に向けた実証実験
1. 期間:
平成31年(2019年)4月1日から平成31年(2019)年10月31日まで
2. 実施場所:
愛媛県松山市庁(愛媛県松山市二番町四丁目7番地2)
3. 概要:
1) 人手と時間を要する定型業務にRPA(Robotic Process Automation)を適用する実証実験
- 富士通のRPAツール「FUJITSU Software Interdevelop Axelute(インターディベロップ アクセリュート)」で、ロボットを使ったシナリオを作成し、軽自動車税・中小企業共済・庶務事務業務などを対象に、職員の業務負荷軽減効果を検証します。
2) AI(人工知能)の導入可否検討
- AIチャットボットサービス「FUJITSU Business Application CHORDSHIP(コードシップ)powered by Zinrai」などをはじめとする富士通のAI技術を搭載したソリューションの活用事例を参考に、導入可否を検討します。
3) 現場課題の可視化による業務改善に向けた検討
- 松山市は、富士通のフィールド・イノベータ(FIer、注1)を活用し現場課題を見える化するとともに、業務改善に向けた検討を行います。
