日立、2020年度採用計画について

東京, 2019年03月29日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社日立製作所(執行役社長兼CEO:東原敏昭／以下、日立)は、このたび、2020年度入社の採用人員計画を策定しました。大学・大学院・高等専門学校(以下、高専)卒業予定者600名、高等学校(以下、高校)卒業予定者50名*1、経験者300*2名、合計950名を採用する計画です。なお、国内連結子会社の採用計画人数は、合計4,000名です。

日立は、IoT時代のイノベーションパートナーとして、お客さまとの協創を加速させ、OTとIT、優れたプロダクト・システムを組み合わせた社会イノベーション事業のグローバルでの拡大に向け、多様な人財の採用を強化しています。海外出身者(外国人)の採用については大学・大学院・高専卒の約10％を目標とするほか、経験者などの採用も積極的に進めていきます。
