マツダ、2019年度の入社式を実施

広島, 2019年04月01日 - (JCN Newswire) - マツダ株式会社（以下、マツダ）は、本日、広島本社内の講堂にて2019年度の入社式を実施しました。今年度は、技術系214名、事務系41名、技能系342名、医務系など55名の合計652名の新入社員が入社しました。入社式には、丸本明（まるもとあきら）代表取締役社長兼CEO（最高経営責任者）をはじめとする役員や労働組合関係者など7名が出席し、新入社員を歓迎しました。

丸本社長は、新入社員に向けて、「マツダは、広島の地に生まれ、地域に支えられ、来年1月30日に創立100周年を迎えます。これまでに何度も厳しい状況に直面してきましたが、乗り越えることができたのは、先人たちの不屈の精神とたゆまぬ努力、そして地域・協力企業・販売会社といった皆さまのご支援とご協力があったからです。このことを決して忘れてはいけません。今、自動車業界は100年に一度の大変革期と言われていますが、マツダは、地球・社会・人の課題解決に貢献するとともに、日本で生まれた会社としてクルマを通して日本の文化を世界にお届けする企業でありたいと考えています。今日から皆さんは私たちの仲間です。共に、創立100周年の節目とその先の未来を切り開いていきましょう」と激励しました。
