エーザイ、米国神経学会年次総会にてレンボレキサントおよびペランパネルに関する最新データを発表

東京, 2019年04月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - エーザイ株式会社（本社：東京都、代表執行役CEO：内藤晴夫）は、2019年5月4日から10日まで米国ペンシルベニア州フィラデルフィアで開催される「米国神経学会（American Academy of Neurology）年次総会：AAN2019」において、デュアルオレキシン受容体拮抗剤レンボレキサントおよび抗てんかん剤ペランパネル（製品名「フィコンパ(R)」、海外製品名「Fycompa(R)」）に関する最新データを発表しますのでお知らせします。

主な発表としては、レンボレキサントに関して、プラセボおよび実薬を対照とした3つの無作為化、二重盲検臨床試験結果から、自動車運転能力、覚醒直後の姿勢安定性、注意力および記憶力の検査などを用いたレンボレキサントの翌朝への持ち越し効果を評価した口頭発表が予定されています。

また、ペランパネルに関して、4歳以上12歳未満の小児てんかんの患者様を対象とした臨床第III相試験（311試験）の最終解析結果、およびてんかん患者様に対するペランパネルでの治療前後において入院治療を要した割合を比較した研究結果など、18演題のポスター発表が予定されています。
