愛知, 2019年06月20日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社デンソー(本社:愛知県刈谷市、社長:有馬浩二)は、2019年7月1日付で以下のとおり組織変更および経営役員・執行職の担当変更を行います。

デンソーは、100年に一度といわれる激動の時代を自ら切り開き、モビリティ社会に新たな価値を提供するための変革の道筋として2025年長期構想を策定しています。その実現に向けて改革をさらに加速し、大変革期に勝ち抜くための組織基盤を強化することを狙いとして、この度の組織変更を実施します。

1.組織変更
(1) センサ&セミコンダクタ事業グループの新設
センサーと半導体事業の全社横串機能としての活動強化を目的とし、電子システム事業グループ内のセンサ&セミコンダクタ事業部を事業グループ化し、センサ&セミコンダクタ事業グループとする。さらに、センサーと半導体それぞれの事業における戦略立案と意思決定スピードを加速させるため、グループ内にセンサ事業部とセミコンダクタ事業部を設立する。

(2) モビリティエレクトロニクス事業グループの新設
CASEの進展に対応するため、電子・ソフトウェア開発機能の集約によるスピードと競争力の一層の強化を狙い、電子事業グループのECU、基盤技術開発機能をモビリティシステム事業グループと統合し、新たにモビリティエレクトロニクス事業グループを設立する。
