監査領域

＜目的＞
本日開催した第153回定時株主総会にて、監査等委員会設置会社への移行が承認されました。監査等委員会部は、監査等委員会の方針・計画の策定や同委員会の運営を補佐するとともに、監査等委員の職務を支援することにより、コーポレート・ガバナンスの強化に寄与します。

＜内容＞
監査等委員会準備部を監査等委員会部に改称する。
