三菱電機、AIで高精度に機器の異常を検知する診断技術を開発

機器のダウンタイム削減などにより、工場やプラントの生産性向上に貢献

東京, 2019年07月08日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、当社AI技術「Maisart(R)（マイサート）※1」を用いて、製造設備などの機器のセンサーデータから機器の動作の移り変わりを表す「状態遷移モデル」を自動生成し、動作ごとに適切な異常検知条件を自動設定することで、高精度に異常を検知する機器診断技術を世界で初めて※2開発しました。

今後、本技術を採用した異常検知システムを構築することで、機器の故障前対策の実施やダウンタイム削減などにつながり、工場やプラントの生産性向上に貢献します。

開発の特長

1. AIが機器の「状態遷移モデル」を自動生成し、動作ごとに適切な検知条件を自動設定することで高精度な異常検知を実施、ダウンタイム削減などに貢献
- AIが機器のセンサーデータから動作の移り変わりを「状態遷移モデル」として自動生成し、データを分割。動作ごとに適切な異常検知条件を自動設定することで、単一条件設定による従来技術よりも高精度に異常を検知
- 高精度な異常検知により機器の故障前に対策が可能なほか、誤検知の減少により確認作業が軽減されるなど、機器のダウンタイム削減に貢献

2. AIで細かな条件設定を自動化することで、異常検知システムの導入を容易化
- 機器の動作の移り変わりを考慮した異常検知システムを活用するために必要となる、細かな条件設定をAIで自動化でき、工場やプラントなどへ容易に導入可能
