NEC、子会社株式に対する公開買付けに係る応募契約等の締結に関するお知らせ

東京, 2019年07月31日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、本日、日本産業パートナーズ株式会社（以下「ＪＩＰ」といいます。）の完全子会社である日本産業第５号ＧＰ株式会社によって管理・運営される日本産業第五号投資事業有限責任組合が発行済株式の全部を所有するＮＡＪホールディングス株式会社（以下「ＮＡＪ」といいます。）との間で、ＮＡＪが実施する予定である日本アビオニクス株式会社（以下「日本アビオニクス」といいます。）の普通株式に対する公開買付け（以下「本公開買付け」といいます。）に関して、本公開買付けに対して当社が所有する日本アビオニクス普通株式の全部を応募する旨の応募契約（以下「本応募契約」といいます。）並びに当社及びＮＡＪが保有する日本アビオニクス株式の取扱い等について定めた株主間契約（以下「本株主間契約」といいます。）を締結しましたので、お知らせいたします。
