デンソー、自動車部品の取引に関する韓国公正取引委員会からの発表について

愛知, 2019年08月05日 - (JCN Newswire) - 8月4日、韓国公正取引委員会から、自動車用オルタネーター及び点火コイルに係る過去の一部の取引に関連して、韓国の独占規制及び公正取引に関する法律(韓国独占禁止法)に基づき、複数の事業者に対する是正措置および課徴金賦課を決定した旨の発表がありました。

上記発表において、当社についても韓国独占禁止法に違反する疑いがある行為への関与が認定されたものの、オルタネーターについて当社は処分対象外と判断され、また点火コイルについて当社は、本件調査の開始以前に既に違反の疑いがある行為を取りやめていたこと、上記自動車部品に関して韓国公正取引委員会に対して減免申請を行い、その要件の充足が認められたことから、是正措置および課徴金賦課のいずれも免除されました。
