三菱電機、一部の自動車用部品の取引に関する韓国公正取引委員会からの発表について
東京, 2019年08月05日 - (JCN Newswire) - ２０１９年８月５日、韓国公正取引委員会は、特定顧客向け自動車用部品（オルタネーター及び点火コイル）の２００４～２００７年の一部入札に関し、韓国の独占規制及び公正取引に関する法律（韓国独占禁止法）に違反する行為があったとして、当社に対し、是正措置及び課徴金８０億９，３００万ウォン※（暫定額）の支払いを命令した上で、オルタネーターの取引に関して刑事告発を行う決定をした旨を発表しました。
※ ２０１９年７月末TTMレート換算で、約７．４億円
当社は今後、韓国公正取引委員会からの正式な決定通知を受領次第、その内容を詳細に確認のうえ、速やかに適切な対応をとってまいります。
当社は、本件を含む一部の自動車用部品の取引に関する処分を厳粛に受け止め、２０１１年１０月以降、コンプライアンス体制や内部規定の見直し、従業員の再教育等、再発防止策の徹底に向けた取組みを継続的に実施しております。今後も引き続き、コンプライアンスの再徹底とさらなる強化に全社を挙げて取り組んでまいります。
