富士通、新卒や既卒を問わず、いつでも応募可能な通年採用を開始

東京, 2019年08月09日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、従来の新卒採用の枠組みをさらに発展させ、例年8月を目途に終了としていた採用選考への応募期間を撤廃し、大学および大学院の最終学年の学生と既卒者を対象に年間を通じて応募を受け付ける通年採用を開始します。

通年採用を実施することにより、当社は国内外の多様な人材の獲得機会をさらに拡大させるとともに、個々の応募者の価値観に合った自由度の高い就職活動を可能にすることで、十分な学修経験時間を確保し、さらなる成長機会を得られるように支援することを目指します。

なお、当社は一般社団法人日本経済団体連合会（以下、経団連）の「採用選考に関する指針（以下、指針）」に則った公正な採用活動を実施しています。また、2021年度以降の入社者の採用活動についても、日本政府が示す指針に準拠して実施します。

「通年採用」についての詳細
- 応募条件：新卒・既卒・職歴不問 ※大学・大学院・高専の卒業／修了（見込み含む）が条件。
- 対象職種：全職種
- 募集時期：通年で応募可能。
- 選考時期：経団連および日本政府の指針に準拠。
- 入社時期：4月もしくは10月（ただし既卒者については、随時入社も可能）。
