KDDI・NTTドコモ・ソフトバンク、「+メッセージ (プラスメッセージ)」利用者数が1,000万を突破
1,000万ポイントなどが当たるキャンペーンを各社が実施

東京, 2019年08月09日 - (JCN Newswire) - KDDI株式会社、株式会社NTTドコモ、ソフトバンク株式会社の3社は、携帯電話番号だけでメッセージのやりとりができる「+メッセージ」の合計利用者数が、2019年7月21日 (日) に1,000万を突破したことをお知らせします。

これを記念して、合計1,000万ポイントなどが当たる「『+メッセージ』1,000万ユーザー突破ありがとうキャンペーン!」を各社が2019年8月9日 (金) から実施します。

「+メッセージ」は、2018年5月から提供しており、「電話番号だけで写真や動画も送れるので便利」「シンプルなUIが使いやすい」「スタンプが全て無料でうれしい」など、お客さまに好評いただいています。

2019年5月にお客さまが「+メッセージ」上で企業とメッセージのやりとりができる機能を拡充しました。企業の公式アカウントを通じて、例えば本人認証が必要な契約内容の確認や変更といった手続きなどを簡単・便利に行うことができます。さらに、お客さまがより多くの企業が提供するサービスをご利用いただけるよう、携帯3社はこの機能をオープンプラットフォームとして公開していきます。

今後も携帯3社は、お客さまの生活をより安心・安全・便利にしていくことをめざして、豊かなコミュニケーション環境を実現するさまざまな取り組みを進めていきます。
