東京, 2019年08月23日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、国内で初めて※1、電子ビーム※2を熱源とする粉末床溶融結合方式※3を用いた金属3Dプリンター「EZ300」を9月2日に発売します。業界最高※1の加工速度毎時250 ccと独自の棒状陰極※4の採用による業界最長※1の加熱寿命※5 1,000時間を実現し、製造現場の生産性向上に貢献します。

新製品の特長

1. 業界最高の加工速度毎時250ccにより、高い生産性を実現
- 業界最高出力6kWの電子銃用電源の搭載により、業界最高の加工速度毎時250ccを実現
- 当社製の電子ビーム加工機に採用している独自のビーム収束・偏向技術を活かし、最適なビームスポットの形成と走査により生産性を向上

2. 業界最長の加熱寿命1,000時間により、コスト削減に貢献
- 電子ビームの発生源に独自構造の棒状陰極を採用し、棒状陰極の加熱制御を最適化
- 棒状陰極がある真空室の真空度保持と異物進入防止構造により、棒状陰極の加熱寿命を従来比で10倍以上となる業界最長の1000時間を達成し、コスト削減に貢献

3. 汎用性を考慮した製品設計により、造形条件設定の自由度が向上
