日立産機システム、エアシャワー「PCJ-S88JSM4」を販売開始
ステンレスの筐体により耐食性を向上
東京, 2019年08月26日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社日立産機システム(取締役社長:荒谷 豊／以下、日立産機)は、エアシャワー「フラッタージェットシリーズ」にステンレス製の筐体を採用し耐食性を高めた新型エアシャワー「PCJ-S88JSM4」を2019年9月から販売開始します。
エアシャワーは、食品工場や薬品製造工場などの出入り口に設置され、作業者の衣服又は物品に付着したじん埃を除去しクリーンルーム内への侵入を防止する装置です。
2018年6月13日に公布された食品衛生法等の改正により、原則としてすべての食品を中心とした事業者がHACCP*1に沿った衛生管理に取り組む必要が出てきたことからエアシャワーの需要が高まることが予想されています。
食品工場では水を扱うため湿式床の作業場が多く、清潔で耐食性の高い仕様が必要となります。そのため「PCJ-S88JSM4」では、エアシャワーの筐体をステンレス製にすることで耐食性を高めました。また、紫外線の放出が少ない黄色LEDと、扉窓部に黄色アクリルを採用する事で虫の誘引を抑制しました。
ジェットエアー吹き出し口は日立独自のフラッタージェットノズル*2を採用し効率の良い除じんを行うことができます。フラッタージェットノズルは一般的なパンカーノズルにくらべ広範囲の除じんを行うため短時間の入室時間で除じんを行うことが可能です。
