「第45回技能五輪国際大会」にて日立グループの選手がメダルを獲得

東京, 2019年08月29日 - (JCN Newswire) - 8月22日から27日までロシア連邦・カザンにて開催された第45回技能五輪国際大会において、日本代表として日立グループから3名が出場し、菊池優斗選手 (株式会社日立ハイテクノロジーズ) が「CNCフライス盤」職種で銀メダルを、吉田悠太選手 (株式会社日立インダストリアルプロダクツ) が「溶接」職種で銅メダルを獲得し、沼畑辰也選手 (株式会社日立ハイテクノロジーズ) が「機械製図CAD」職種で敢闘賞を受賞しました。

日立グループでは、将来の日立グループの製造現場を支える優秀な技能者の育成および技能伝承を目的として1963年のアイルランド・ダブリン大会から技能五輪国際大会に出場しており、今大会を含む累計で、金賞38、銀賞19、銅賞22個のメダルを獲得しています。

技能五輪国際大会は、22歳以下(一部職種を除く)の若者が技能を競うことにより、参加各国の職業訓練の振興や青年技能者の交流・親善を目的として1950年より開催されています。今大会には、60以上の国・地域から1,300名を越える選手が出場し、56種目で世界一の技術・技能を競いました。

日立グループでは今後も「優れた自主技術・製品の開発を通じて社会に貢献する」企業理念を実現していくために、モノづくりを担う若手技能者育成と技能伝承を継続していきます。
