ソニー、オリンパス株式会社による自己株式の買付けへの応募結果に関するお知らせ

東京, 2019年08月30日 - (JCN Newswire) - ソニー株式会社（以下、当社）は、2019年8月29日付「オリンパス株式会社が実施する自己株式の買付けへの応募に関するお知らせ」でお知らせした通り、当社が保有するオリンパス株式会社（以下、オリンパス社）の普通株式のすべてについて、オリンパス社が実施する自己株式の買付けに応募しました。この度、かかる応募による株式譲渡（以下、本譲渡）の結果が確定しましたので、下記の通りお知らせします。

1．応募結果の概要
（１）応募前の所有株式数 68,975,800株（発行済株式総数に対する割合：5.03%）
（２）応募株式数 68,975,800株
（３）売却株式数 68,975,800株（譲渡価額：80,356,807,000円（１株あたり 1,165円））
（４）売却後の所有株式数 0株（発行済株式総数に対する割合：0.00%）

2．今後の見通し
2019年８月29日付「オリンパス株式会社が実施する自己株式の買付けへの応募に関するお知らせ」においてお知らせしたとおり、本譲渡が、当社の2019年度連結業績見通しに与える影響は軽微です。
