ソニー損保、「手話・筆談サービス」の提供を開始

事故対応サービスや保険金請求手続等でご利用いただけます

東京, 2019年09月03日 - (JCN Newswire) - ソニー損害保険株式会社（代表取締役社長：丹羽淳雄、本社：東京都大田区、以下「ソニー損保」）は、2019年9月2日から、当社の自動車保険の事故対応サービスやロードサービス、医療保険および火災保険の保険金請求手続などにおいてご利用いただける「手話・筆談サービス」を開始しました。

今回開始した「手話・筆談サービス」は、耳や言葉の不自由なお客様向けに、利便性の一層の向上と事故時などの不安感の低減を図ることを目的に、株式会社プラスヴォイス（以下、プラスヴォイス）(*1)が提供する手話・筆談通訳サービスを介することで、お客様と当社担当者がリアルタイムにコミュニケーションを図れるようにしたものです。

「手話・筆談サービス」は、ソニー損保のご契約者や被保険者だけではなく、事故の相手方などすべての関係者が利用できるようにしているため、相互コミュニケーションが円滑になり、事故対応や保険金支払などの各種サービスの提供が一層スムーズになると考えています。

今後も、お客様に安心してソニー損保に事故解決をお任せいただけるよう、また、保険金請求などの手続きをスムーズに行っていただけるよう、サービスのさらなる品質向上と拡充に向け、引続き取組みを進めます。
