三菱電機、「普及モデル600V耐圧ハーフブリッジドライバーHVIC」発売

高いノイズ耐性と低価格化を両立したパワー半導体駆動用ドライバーIC

東京, 2019年09月10日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、電動自転車や家電製品、産業用機器などの省エネ化に貢献する小容量インバーターシステムで使用されるパワー半導体を駆動するドライバーICの新製品として、高いノイズ耐性と低価格化を両立した普及モデル600V耐圧ハーフブリッジドライバーHVIC※1「M81776FP」を10月18日に発売します。

新製品の特長

1. 高いノイズ耐性と低価格化を両立し、インバーターシステムの信頼性を向上
- 回路設計や材料の見直しにより、低価格化を実現
- スイッチング時のラッチアップ誤動作※2を抑制する埋め込み層※3の採用により、高いノイズ耐性を実現
- フローティング回路※4内の構造最適化により、ハイサイド側の信号伝達の精度を向上

2. サイズやピン配置などの互換性を確保し、従来のドライバーICからの置き換えが容易
- 外形サイズ※5やピン配置、電気的特性の互換性を確保し、従来のドライバーICからの置き換え作業が容易
