三菱商事、千代田化工建設株式会社の財務強化策への対応に関するお知らせ(子会社の異動)

東京, 2019年09月11日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、2019年5月9日付で公表致しました通り、同日開催の取締役会において、千代田化工建設株式会社(「千代田化工」)の財務強化策への対応として、千代田化工の第三者割当増資の引き受けを決定し、2019年 7月1日に払い込みを行った結果、普通株式へ転換可能なＡ種優先株式175,000,000株を700億円で取得致しました。

2019年9月10日付で、転換権を行使する場合に必要となる許認可の取得が完了したことから、国際会計基準(IFRS)に基づき、会計上、同日付で千代田化工は当社の連結子会社となりましたことをお知らせ致します。
