セブン銀行とNEC、次世代ATMを導入開始　顔認証、QRコード読取にも対応

日本初　顔認証によるATMでの口座開設の実証実験を開始

東京, 2019年09月12日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社セブン銀行(以下、セブン銀行、東京都千代田区、代表取締役社長　舟竹泰昭)と日本電気株式会社(以下、NEC、東京都港区、代表取締役執行役員社長兼 CEO 新野隆)は、世界No.1の認証精度を有する顔認証技術を搭載した次世代ATMを開発、9月より順次導入、入れ替えを開始することをお知らせいたします。

近年、フィンテックをはじめとする技術革新により、新たな金融サービスの創出と業務の効率化が進み、金融機関等においても、デジタル化への対応が求められています。

生体認証やAI・IoTなどの技術の進展を踏まえ、次世代ATMでは、顔認証による本人確認やQRコード決済に対応しました。また、AIを活用し、現金の需要予測の高度化や各種部品の故障予測を行い、さらなる運営の効率化を目指します。
