ダイドーグループホールディングスと富士通、情報システムに関する業務提携の合意について

東京, 2019年09月12日 - (JCN Newswire) - ダイドーグループホールディングス株式会社（本社：大阪市北区、代表取締役社長：髙松富也、以下、ダイドーGHD）および富士通株式会社（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：時田隆仁以下、富士通）は、ダイドーGHDにおける情報システム部門の協働運営に関するパートナーシップ契約を締結し、ダイドーGHDの情報システム部門機能、情報システム要員、情報システム業務を富士通の子会社である株式会社ITマネジメントパートナーズ（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：上垣泰洋以下、ITマネジメントパートナーズ）に移管することで合意しました。今後、ITマネジメントパートナーズはダイドーGHDに対し、安定した情報システムの開発、運用、保守サービスを提供していきます。

ダイドーGHDは、今回の契約を通じて、富士通のITに関するリソース・ノウハウを最大限に活用することで、情報システムにおける企画業務へのシフトを進め、最新のテクノロジー（AI、IoTなど）を通じた経営・事業への直接貢献を可能とするIT組織を確立し、投資効果の最大化を目指します。また、富士通のIT人材育成プログラムを活用することで、ダイドーグループのIT全般における全体最適を図り、ITによるイノベーションの実現を目指します。

富士通は、ITマネジメントパートナーズを通じてダイドーGHDとの関係強化を図り、IT業務を統合的にサポートし、経営・事業への貢献をする中で、飲料業界およびデジタル革新領域におけるビジネス拡大を目指します。
