KDDI、Apple公式の保証サポートに無料でiCloud50GBをセットにしたサービスを提供開始
iPhoneの紛失・盗難時に電話1本で新品同等品を"3時間"以内にお届け

東京, 2019年09月20日 - (JCN Newswire) - KDDI、沖縄セルラーは2019年9月20日より、Apple公式の保証サービスを4年間利用でき、さらに追加料金なしでiCloudストレージ (50GB) をセットにした「故障紛失サポート with AppleCare Services & iCloudストレージ」の提供を開始します。

「故障紛失サポート with AppleCare Services & iCloudストレージ」は、現在提供しているApple公式サポートと、盗難・紛失時に電話一本で新品同等品をお届けする「紛失・盗難補償」を組み合わせた「故障紛失サポート with AppleCare Services」を拡充し、料金据え置きで新たにAppleのクラウドサービス無料iCloudストレージ (50GB) を追加したサービスです。

これにより、ご利用の端末が故障・紛失した際のサポートに加え、大切データを安全に守ることができ、iPhoneやiPadをより多くのお客さまに安心して利用いただけるようになります。

また、「紛失・盗難補償」においてお申し込みから3時間以内に新品同等品をお届けする有料サービス「3時間特急便」を開始します。紛失・盗難に遭われた際、迅速に新品同等品がお手元に届くようになります。

なお、「故障紛失サポート with AppleCare Services & iCloudストレージ」の提供開始に伴い、2019年9月19日をもって「故障紛失サポート with AppleCare Services」の新規受付を終了します。
