デンソー、デンソー北海道の工場を拡張

半導体センサーの生産を拡大し、グループ生産体制を強化

愛知, 2019年09月26日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社デンソー(本社:愛知県刈谷市、社長:有馬浩二)は、デンソーグループの競争力を高める国内生産体制の強化に向けて、株式会社デンソー北海道(本社:北海道千歳市、社長:根橋聖治)の工場を拡張して、半導体センサーの生産を拡大します。

デンソー北海道では、自動車のエンジンやエアコン、ブレーキなどのシステムに使用される半導体センサーを生産し、2009年の創業以来、累計5億台の生産実績を持っています。今後想定される電動化の進展と安全ニーズの高まりに伴うセンサー需要拡大に備え、このたび、工場を拡張します。

工場拡張と生産拡大に伴う投資額は、2025年までに約110億円を予定しています。2020年7月に着工し、2021年6月に完成、2021年10月から順次生産を開始する計画です。これにより、従業員数は2025年には約1,150人まで増加する見込みです。

デンソー北海道は、デンソーグループの半導体センサーの生産を担う中核拠点として、さらなる顧客対応力の向上に取り組んでいくとともに、地域社会の発展に貢献していきます。
