NEC、名古屋市庁舎で自律走行型案内ロボットを用いたスムーズな窓口案内を実証実験
東京, 2019年10月07日 - (JCN Newswire) - NECは、名古屋市の実証実験「Hatch Technology Nagoya」(注1)に参加し、自律走行型案内ロボット(注2)を用いた窓口案内を実証します。ロボットが市庁舎でオペレーターによる案内業務の一部を代行し、来庁者を希望する窓口まで案内します。
「Hatch Technology Nagoya」は、行政分野における課題解決をテーマに、ロボット、AI、IoT等の先進技術を活用した実証実験であり、NECほか計4事業者が参加して、2019年10月から2020年1月にかけて実施されます。NECは名古屋大学と協力し、自律走行型案内ロボットによるスムーズな窓口案内を実証します。
今回、NECが提供するロボットは、32型の大型ディスプレイと自動運転用の各種センサーを搭載する自律走行型案内ロボットです。タッチパネル操作を通じて来庁者の目的の所管課を把握し、自律走行により当該課まで案内します。NECは、ロボットの販売元であるNECネッツエスアイ株式会社と協力し、ロボット利用に際しての環境調査や効率的な走行ルートの設計などを行います。
自動走行型案内ロボットの概要
- 特長：32型の大型ディスプレイを搭載。タッチパネル操作を備えるとともに、写真や動画・音声などのコンテンツ再生に対応。
- 仕様：高さ142cm 直径62cm 重量100kg
少子高齢化・人口減少の下、人手不足問題が深刻化し、全国の地方公共団体において職員の働き方の見直しが進む中、NECはロボット、AI、IoTといった先進技術を提供することで、引き続き全国の地方公共団体における業務の効率化を支援していきます。
