三菱電機、AIでカメラ映像から特定の動作を自動検出する「骨紋」を開発

作業分析の効率化により、生産性向上に貢献

東京, 2019年10月09日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、当社AI技術「Maisart(R)（マイサート）※1」を用いて、カメラ映像から人の骨格情報を抽出・分析し、特定の動作を自動検出する作業分析ソリューション「骨紋(R)（こつもん）」を開発しました。生産現場の作業者の動きをカメラで撮影するだけで作業内容を認識・特定し、作業時間や作業ミス・無駄を自動検出することで作業分析を効率化でき、生産現場の生産性向上に貢献します。

開発の特長

1. 映像から作業時間や作業ミスを自動検出し、作業分析工数を10分の1に削減
- カメラ映像から抽出した2次元の骨格情報をAIで分析し、作業内容を90%の精度※2で特定
- 特定結果から作業時間や作業ミスを自動検出し、監督者による作業分析工数を10分の1※2に削減
- 作業者にセンサーを付ける必要が無いため、作業者に負荷をかけない作業分析を実現

2. 作業者の動きの課題を見える化し、異なる監督者でも標準的な作業改善が可能
-「動作経済の原則※3」に基づき骨格の動きを分析することにより、目視では見逃しがちな無理・無駄などの体の動きの課題を自動検出して見える化
- 監督者ごとの経験によって異なる課題抽出レベルを標準化し、属人性を排除した作業改善が可能

今後の展開

今後、当社の生産現場への試験導入を通じて実用化開発を進め、製造工程監視装置や作業分析ソフトウエアとして、2020年度以降、順次市場投入する予定です。
