JCBと富士通、デジタルアイデンティティー領域における共同研究を開始

個人データを安全・安心に活用できる社会に向けたモデルづくり

東京, 2019年10月10日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社ジェーシービー（注1）（以下、JCB）と富士通株式会社（注2）（以下、富士通）は、安全・安心で利便性が高いデジタル社会の実現に向け、自己主権型/分散型アイデンティティー（注3）領域において、共同研究を開始します。

JCBがこれまで培ってきた決済・認証に関する知見と、富士通のブロックチェーン技術をはじめとするテクノロジーを活用し、オンライン取引などを行っている複数の事業者が持つユーザーID情報を、安全に流通・連携できる自己主権型/分散型アイデンティティープラットフォームの共同開発の検討とプラットフォームを活用した新サービスやビジネスモデルの検討を開始します。

両社は、ユーザー自身がID情報の流通をコントロールできるプラットフォームを提供し、業種や業界を超えた本人確認や、連絡先変更などの属性変更手続きを一括して行える安全・安心かつ利便性の高いサービスの実現を目指していきます。

富士通は、事業者が持つID情報をユーザー自身が安全・安心に連携可能にする仕組みに関して、2019年10月15日（火曜日）から10月18日（金曜日）まで、幕張メッセ（千葉県千葉市）で開催される「CEATEC 2019」にて出展します（富士通ブース）。
