日立、AIを活用し、医薬品・医療機器の費用対効果評価の高度な解析を支援する「Hitachi Digital Solutions for Pharma/医療経済評価ソリューション」を提供開始
「費用対効果評価制度」対応と製品開発戦略立案の大幅な業務効率化に貢献
東京, 2019年10月15日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社日立製作所(執行役社兼CEO:東原 敏昭／以下、日立)は、AIを活用し、新規に開発する医薬品・医療機器の費用対効果評価の高度な解析を支援する「Hitachi Digital Solutions for Pharma/医療経済評価ソリューション」(以下、本ソリューション)を本日から提供開始します。
本ソリューションは、2019年4月から国で制度化された「費用対効果評価制度*1」や、市場投入前の臨床試験フェーズでの製品開発戦略立案の大幅な効率化を実現するもので、従来は医療経済評価の専門家が医学論文や治験、診療情報などの膨大なデータを基に行っていた解析作業を、日立独自のAI技術を活用したビッグデータ分析を行うことで、高効率に費用対効果の算出根拠に必要なパラメータ*2の抽出や因子の探索が行えます。日立は本ソリューションにより、医薬品・医療機器メーカーの事業拡大支援と患者のQoL向上に貢献します。
本ソリューションの開発にあたって、日立は、2018年に国内医薬品メーカーと共同で評価検証を行い、その有効性を確認しました。また、医療経済評価の分析手順について医療経済学会理事である国際医療福祉大学医学部の池田俊也教授に監修いただきました。
日立は、本ソリューションを、デジタルイノベーションを加速する「Lumada」の医薬業界向けソリューションとして国内の医薬品・医療機器メーカーに拡販するとともに、今後は医療経済評価も考慮した事業性評価を支援するソリューションの提供もめざしていきます。
