富士通、U.S.M.Hグループのスーパーマーケット実店舗にスマートPOSアプリを導入

レジに並ばずに買い物を実現

東京, 2019年10月21日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社はこのたび買い物体験の付加価値向上に向けて、スーパーマーケットの実店舗で来店客がレジに並ぶことなく自身のスマートフォンだけで買い物ができるスマートPOSアプリ「USMH公式モバイルアプリ」（以下、スマートPOSアプリ）と、それを支える基盤システムをユナイテッド・スーパーマーケット・ホールディングス株式会社（注1、以下、U.S.M.H）様と共同で開発しました。

U.S.M.H様と当社は、6月から事業会社の株式会社カスミ（注2、以下、カスミ）様の従業員向けに先行導入していたスマートPOSアプリの、ユーザビリティや機能の検証と改善をすすめ、10月21日月曜日からカスミ様の一部店舗で、来店客向けに展開します。これにより、来店客は会計するためにレジに並ぶことなくスマートフォンで商品登録および決済を行うことができ、スムーズな買い物が可能となります。

U.S.M.H様は、今回の展開を皮切りに11月より順次カスミ様の各店舗に拡大し、来年度以降、U.S.M.H様のグループ各社へ展開します。また、U.S.M.H様と当社は今後、消費者行動の把握、分析などといった本アプリの機能強化を図り、小売業におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションを加速させていきます。
