富士通、キャリア採用の拡大について

東京, 2019年11月11日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社はこのたび、経営方針で掲げたDXビジネスの拡大に向けてさらなる人材強化を図るため、2019年度のキャリア採用を、従来計画していた150名から300名に拡大します。

採用数の拡大にあたり、これまでも注力してきた即戦力として期待できるAIエンジニア、サイバーセキュリティエンジニア、データサイエンティストなどの高度な専門性を有する人材の採用を一層加速させるのに加え、IT関連業務の経験を問わず、将来の成長可能性を重視した第二新卒（注1）の採用にも新たに取り組み、国内外から多様かつ優秀な人材の獲得を目指します。

また、当社はキャリア採用の拡大にあわせて、キャリア採用入社者が早期に活躍できるよう、一人ひとりが自らに必要となる研修を選択して受講できる研修環境を整備します。加えて、第二新卒入社者については、新卒入社者と同水準のIT関連の業務知識を習得するための研修を実施することで成長を支援していきます。

当社は、キャリア採用の拡大や2019年度より開始した新卒の通年採用などを通じて人材の強化を推進し、IT企業からDX企業への転換を加速させていくことで、お客様や社会の様々な課題解決に貢献していきます。
