「第57回技能五輪全国大会」にて日立グループの選手が金メダル4個を獲得

東京, 2019年11月19日 - (JCN Newswire) - 11月15日(金)から18日(月)までの4日間、愛知県で開催された「第57回技能五輪全国大会」の11職種に、日立グループから58名の選手が参加し、金メダル4個、銀メダル3個、銅メダル6個、敢闘賞16件、合計29の賞を獲得しました。

技能五輪全国大会は、23歳以下の青年技能者が技能レベルの日本一を競う大会で、次代を担う青年技能者に努力目標を与えるとともに、大会開催地域の若年者に優れた技能を身近にふれる機会を提供するなど、技能の重要性、必要性をアピールし、技能尊重機運の醸成を図ることを目的に、開催されています。今年の大会には、全42職種に、1,239名の選手が出場し、技能を競いました。

日立グループは、将来の日立グループの製造現場を支える優秀な技能者の育成および技能伝承を目的として、1963年に開催された第一回大会から毎年連続で出場しています。今年は精密機器組立て職種、メカトロニクス職種、機械製図職種、工場電気設備職種で、金メダルを獲得しました。

今後も、企業理念「優れた自主技術・製品の開発を通じて社会に貢献する」を実現していくために、モノづくりを担う若手技能者育成と技能伝承を継続していきます。
