パナソニックとトヨタ、街づくり事業に関する合弁会社の所在地・役員体制を決定

東京, 2019年12月04日 - (JCN Newswire) - パナソニック株式会社（以下、パナソニック）とトヨタ自動車株式会社（以下、トヨタ自動車）は、2019年5月9日に、街づくり事業に関する新しい合弁会社「プライムライフテクノロジーズ株式会社」（以下、本合弁会社）の設立に向けた契約を締結して以降、本合弁会社の設立に向けた準備を進めてまいりました。この度、所在地および役員体制が決定しましたのでお知らせいたします。

本合弁会社の概要

(1) 名称：プライムライフテクノロジーズ株式会社（Prime Life Technologies Corporation）
(2) 所在地：東京都港区港南2丁目16番4号品川グランドセントラルタワー
(3) 役員体制：
代表取締役社長：北野亮
代表取締役副社長：西村祐
取締役：片山栄一後藤裕司
監査役：大谷洋司　三輪一誠
(4) 事業内容：街づくり事業、新築請負事業、リフォーム事業、不動産流通・管理事業、住宅内装事業、省エネソリューション事業、リノベーション事業、建設工事請負事業、建設コンサルタント事業等
