デンソー、ドイツのスタートアップ企業PiNTeamに出資、グローバル視点でベーシックソフトウエア開発を加速

愛知, 2019年12月17日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社デンソー(本社:愛知県刈谷市、社長:有馬浩二)は、欧州顧客を中心とした車載向け組み込みソフトウエア技術において実績のあるPiNTeam Holding GmbH(ピンチーム・ホールディング、本社:ドイツミュンヘン市、社長:Marius Pintea)に出資しました。出資比率は49%です。これによりデンソーは、車載電子システム制御を司るベーシックソフトウエアの開発スピードをさらに加速します。

高度運転支援や電動化など、自動車の高性能化・高機能化に伴い、車に搭載されるECU(Electronic Control Unit)数は増加の一途を辿っており、高級車セグメントでは1台あたり80個を超えるECUを搭載しています。このため、車載電子システム制御においては、多様で膨大なデータを処理する能力が必要となり、高い信頼性を持ったベーシックソフトウエアが必要となります。

この度、PiNTeamへの出資を通じて、デンソーがこれまで培ってきた車載電子システム制御の基盤技術、および量産に求められる品質等の知見と、PiNTeamが持つ欧州標準に合わせた先進的な組み込みソフトウエア技術を組み合わせることにより、グローバル視点でベーシックソフトウエア開発体制を強化していきます。
