三菱電機、パワー半導体モジュール「SLIMDIP-W」発売のお知らせ

低ノイズ化と高キャリア周波数時の電力損失低減により、白物家電の省エネ・騒音低減に貢献

東京, 2019年12月24日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、白物家電のインバーターを駆動するパワー半導体モジュール「SLIMDIPTM」シリーズの新製品として、低ノイズ化と高キャリア周波数※1駆動時の電力損失低減を実現した「SLIMDIP-W」を2020年1月15日に発売します。これにより、洗濯機や家庭用エアコンなどの白物家電の省エネ・騒音低減・小型化に貢献します。

新製品の特長

1. 高キャリア周波数駆動時の電力損失を低減し、白物家電の省エネと騒音低減に貢献
- モーターの騒音低減に有効な高キャリア周波数駆動において最適なパフォーマンスを発揮する高速スイッチング※2仕様の薄厚構造RC-IGBT※3を搭載
- スイッチングにおける電力損失を従来製品※4比で約40％低減※5し、白物家電の省エネ化・騒音低減に貢献

2. ノイズの低減によりインバーターシステムの小型化・低コスト化に貢献
- RC-IGBTへの低ノイズ化技術適用により、基板上のノイズ対策部品の削減が可能となり、インバーターシステムの小型化・低コスト化に貢献

3. インバーター基板の設計自由度向上によりインバーターシステムの小型化に貢献
- 高圧側駆動用電源のGND端子を配置することで、インバーター基板上の高圧端子パターンを簡素化し、基板設計自由度の向上およびインバーターシステムの小型化に貢献
