富士通、従業員7万人を対象とした大規模ながん教育を実施

従業員の健康意識向上に向けた大規模健康教育を開始

東京, 2020年01月15日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、従業員一人ひとりが心身ともに健康でいきいきと働くことができる環境づくりの一環として、2019年度より従業員の健康への意識や維持・増進に向けた知識の向上を図るため、国内グループ従業員約7万人を対象とした健康教育を開始します。

初回は、就労者における発症者数が増加しているがんに着目し、東京大学医学部附属病院放射線科の中川恵一准教授（以下、中川准教授）の協力のもと、「がん予防と、治療と仕事の両立支援」をテーマとした講義とe-Learningを組み合わせたがん教育を、2020年1月より実施します。

当社は今後、様々なテーマでの健康教育を定期的に実施し、従業員の健康維持・増進を支援していきます。また、「健康経営優良法人2019」（注1）の認定企業、および「がん対策推進企業アクション」（注2）の推進パートナーとして、従業員だけでなく、その家族やお客様、取引先などの多様なステークホルダーに向け、健康経営やがんに関する理解促進に繋がる情報発信を推進していきます。
