高速・高精度加工により、自動車業界のプレス成形部品の生産性と加工品質の向上に貢献
東京, 2020年01月28日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、三次元ファイバーレーザー加工機のフラッグシップ機として、三次元ファイバーレーザー加工機「FVシリーズ」2機種を1月28日に発売します。高剛性の加工機構造、新型加工ヘッド、新制御技術の採用に加え、自社製ファイバーレーザー発振器の搭載により、自動車業界のプレス成形部品の生産性と加工品質の向上に貢献します。
新製品の特長
1. 高剛性の加工機構造、新型加工ヘッド、新制御技術により、生産性の向上を実現
- 高剛性の両持ちガントリー構造、高速加工ができる新型一点指向加工ヘッド、高効率の新3D高速制御を採用
- 加工ストローク全域での高速・高精度な加工により、生産性を従来比4倍※1に向上
2. 新開発のファイバーレーザー発振器搭載とIoT活用で、加工品質と機器保全性を向上
- 自社製のファイバーレーザー発振器とレーザー加工機の高い親和性により、最適なビーム制御を実現し、高品質な加工が可能となり、バリを従来比※2で最大90%低減
- IoTを活用した当社のリモートサービス「iQ Care Remote4U※3」により、遠隔からの発振器の稼働監視と予防保全が可能で機器保全性が向上。発振器の5年長期保証も実現※4
3. 制御装置への経路編集ソフトウエア搭載により、段取り時間を大幅に削減
- 制御装置に経路編集専用CAM※5を搭載することで、従来PC上で行っていた加工経路編集作業が加工機上で可能となり、加工までの段取り時間を従来比で最大90%削減
