NEC、役員の異動を発表

東京, 2020年01月29日 - (JCN Newswire) - NECは、本日開催された取締役会において、2020年4月1日付の執行役員人事を決議しましたので、お知らせします。

1．役員体制について
2020年度が最終年度となる「2020中期経営計画」の達成を最重要視し、大幅な体制変更は行わないものの、中長期的に成長していくための研究開発や生産性向上のためのプロセス改革をより強力に推進する体制を構築する。

(1) コア競争力強化による研究開発～事業化の加速
NECのコア技術の維持・拡大に加え、業界単位での共創による技術価値を最大化するビジネスモデルの創出、ビジネスユニットが有するインフラ系技術の全社展開・共通化などを加速するため、中央研究所や知的財産・技術戦略部門を統合し「研究・開発ユニット」を新設する。
(2) プロセス改革機能の強化
収益構造の改革の一環としてNECマネジメントパートナー(株)を中心とするスタフの業務プロセス改革を一層加速するため、専任の執行役員を任用する。

2．高度専門人材の強化
技術・研究領域で高度な専門性を発揮し、お客様や関連業界から高い評価を得ている人材を任用する「NECフェロー」に加えて、技術・研究以外の特定の領域において高度な専門的知見・能力を有し、社内外に影響力を発揮することで当社の事業に貢献する人材についても、新たに役員級のプロフェッショナルとして「コーポレート・エグゼクティブ」に任用する。
