三菱重工、SpaceJet事業における特別損失の計上、及び連結財務諸表における繰延税金資産の計上に関するお知らせ

東京, 2020年02月07日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、個別財務諸表において、下記のとおり損失等を計上しましたのでお知らせいたします。

1．損失等の計上に至った経緯及びその内容
当社子会社である三菱航空機株式会社が、SpaceJet 事業に関連する棚卸資産等の評価損、有形固定資産等の減損損失を計上したことを受け、当社は個別財務諸表において、同社株式の減損処理、及び同社への貸付金の貸倒引当金繰入等を行った結果、特別損失として 4,964 億円計上しました。

尚、連結財務諸表における、本件の影響を含んだ、SpaceJet 事業の業績は下記の通りです。
売上収益 0億円
事業利益 △1,753億円
税引前利益 △1,754億円
親会社の所有者に帰属する当期利益 33億円
*親会社の所有者に帰属する当期利益には、繰延税金資産（1,780億円）を計上した影響を含む

2．通期業績予想に与える影響
本件につきましては、本日（2020 年 2 月 6 日）別途公表しました「業績予想の修正に関するお知ら
