昭和電工、減損損失（特別損失）の計上に関するお知らせ

東京, 2020年02月13日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、本日公表の 2019 年 12 月期通期連結決算において、減損損失（特別損失）を計上いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。

１．減損損失（特別損失）の計上

当社のアルミニウム加工品製造事業（減損額 10,418 百万円）、合成樹脂製造事業（減損額 2,812百万円）等において、今後の業績見通し等を勘案し、事業価値の再評価を行った結果、固定資産の減損処理を行いました。この結果、15,662 百万円を減損損失として特別損失に計上いたしました。

２．連結業績に与える影響

業績への影響につきましては、本日公表の「2019 年 12 月期決算短信〔日本基準〕（連結）」をご参照ください。
