富士通、国内初ローカル5G免許を取得

東京, 2020年02月18日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、国内初となるローカル5Gの無線局予備免許を関東総合通信局から2月18日に付与されました。これを受け、ローカル5Gの電波を発する無線局を富士通新川崎テクノロジースクエア（所在地：神奈川県川崎市）に設置し、ローカル5Gネットワークシステムの検証をしていきます。

今春には、同拠点内にお客様やパートナー企業とローカル5Gを活用したユースケースを実証する場として、「FUJITSU コラボレーションラボ」を開設します。

また、自社の他の事業所や工場およびグループ会社においても、順次、ローカル5Gの免許を申請し、製造業をはじめとした様々な業種のお客様の業務革新に向けて、ローカル5Gのネットワーク構築および最適な活用を支援することで、お客様のデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）の推進に貢献していきます。
